1. Definitions

• "Account" refers to the personal gaming account created by a User to access c8sip services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and c8sip. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and refrain from creating an account.

Your continued use of the Platform following any modifications to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates. We will make reasonable efforts to notify Users of material changes via email or prominent notice on the Website.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To use c8sip services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater. c8sip strictly prohibits underage gambling. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be immediately suspended and funds forfeited.
• Residency Requirement: You must be a resident of Indonesia or a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of c8sip complies with all applicable local, state, and national laws.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. You must not be prohibited from gambling by any court order, agreement, or other legal restriction.
• Single Account Policy: You may only register and maintain one (1) account with c8sip. Multiple accounts owned by the same person are strictly prohibited. We employ sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts, and all duplicate accounts will be closed with forfeiture of funds and bonuses.
• Personal Use Only: Your account is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not operate your account on behalf of a third party, business entity, or for professional gambling purposes.

By registering an account, you warrant and represent that you meet all eligibility requirements. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To create a c8sip account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes to ensure our records remain accurate.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You must:

• Choose a strong password combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Never share your password with any third party, including friends, family, or individuals claiming to be c8sip staff.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public computers.
• Notify c8sip immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You are liable for all activities conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, until you notify us of suspected unauthorized access. c8sip will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account credentials.

4.3 KYC Verification

c8sip is required to verify the identity of all Users to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and prevent fraud. You agree to provide, upon request, copies of valid identification documents, proof of address, and any other documentation we deem necessary. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or denied if you fail to complete KYC verification. Documents submitted must be clear, legible, and show all four corners of the document without obstruction.

5. Deposits and Payments

5.1 Deposit Methods

c8sip accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. We reserve the right to modify available payment methods at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Deposit Currency

All transactions on the c8sip platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted to IDR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction, and you may incur currency conversion fees charged by your financial institution.

5.3 Payment Source Verification

All deposits must be made from payment sources registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (deposits made from accounts not in your name) are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension. You may be required to verify ownership of payment methods by providing bank statements or screenshots showing your name and account details.

5.4 Deposit Processing Time

Most deposits are processed instantly and reflected in your account balance within minutes. In rare cases, bank transfers may take up to 24 hours to clear. If your deposit does not appear within the expected timeframe, contact our customer support team with your transaction reference number.

6. Withdrawals and Payouts

6.1 Withdrawal Requests

You may request a withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and fulfillment of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawal requests can be initiated through your account dashboard 24/7.

6.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise agreed. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. 6.4 Withdrawal Fees

c8sip does not charge fees for standard withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction fees, which are beyond our control. Excessive withdrawal requests (more than 5 per day) may incur administrative fees of Rp 10.000 per transaction.

6.5 Anti-Money Laundering Requirements

To comply with AML regulations, you must wager your deposit at least one (1) time before withdrawing. This requirement applies to the principal deposit amount and does not include bonus funds. Attempting to use c8sip as a money transfer service without genuine gaming activity is prohibited and will result in account closure.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

c8sip offers various bonuses and promotions to enhance your gaming experience, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are clearly disclosed at the time of the offer. Bonus terms include wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and validity periods.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before bonus funds and associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x bonus amount means you must wager 30 times the bonus value). Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements:

• Slots: 100% contribution

7.3 Maximum Bet with Active Bonus

While a bonus is active, the maximum bet per spin or hand is Rp 125.000, regardless of your account balance. Bets exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings. This rule applies until all wagering requirements are met and the bonus is converted to withdrawable cash.

7.4 Bonus Abuse

c8sip reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if we determine that you have engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, colluding with other players, using automated betting systems, or engaging in low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk.

7.5 Right to Modify or Cancel Promotions

c8sip reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of a dispute regarding a bonus, c8sip's decision is final.

8. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

8.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by c8sip. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet at our discretion. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or revoked by the User. In the event of technical errors or obvious mistakes in odds or game results, c8sip reserves the right to void bets and refund stakes.

8.2 Sports Betting Rules

For sports betting, including football (bandar bola, the Indonesian term for comprehensive football bookmaking services), all bets are settled based on the official result at the end of regular time unless otherwise specified. Extra time, penalty shootouts, and VAR decisions are included only if explicitly stated in the market rules. If an event is postponed or canceled, bets will be voided unless the event is completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time.

8.3 Casino Game Rules

All casino games, including slots, live dealer games, table games, and specialty games, operate according to their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are displayed for applicable games and represent theoretical long-term payout rates. Actual results in any individual session may vary significantly due to the random nature of gaming outcomes.

8.4 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical failure, all affected bets will be voided and stakes refunded. c8sip is not liable for any losses arising from game malfunctions beyond the refund of affected stakes.

Users must engage in fair play at all times. Cheating, collusion, use of automated betting software (bots), exploitation of software bugs, or any form of fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

10. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

Violation of any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all funds and bonuses, and possible legal action. c8sip cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in investigating illegal activities.

11. Limitations of Liability

11.1 Service Availability

While c8sip strives to provide uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times without disruption. We may perform scheduled maintenance, experience technical difficulties, or face circumstances beyond our control (force majeure events) that result in service interruptions. c8sip is not liable for any losses arising from service unavailability.

11.2 Third-Party Services

c8sip partners with third-party providers for game content, payment processing, and other services. We are not responsible for the actions, errors, or omissions of these third parties. While we select reputable partners, we cannot guarantee their performance or availability.

11.3 Disclaimer of Warranties

The c8sip platform and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free or that defects will be corrected.

11.4 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, c8sip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising from your use or inability to use the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you deposited in the preceding 30 days.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

12.1 Suspension by c8sip

c8sip reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time if we believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited activities, or if required to comply with legal or regulatory obligations. During suspension, you will not be able to place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals, though you may contact support to address the issue.

12.2 Termination by c8sip

c8sip may terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if we determine that you have materially breached these Terms, provided false information, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other legitimate reason. Upon termination, all bonuses and promotional funds will be forfeited. If your account balance contains deposited funds that have not been wagered in violation of these Terms, we will endeavor to return the remaining balance after deducting any applicable fees.

12.3 Voluntary Closure

Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.

14.4 Class Action Waiver

To the extent permitted by law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
